SUPERMAN

What images pop up in our mind when we hear the word Superman - a man with inhuman strength, x-ray vision, super speed, heat vision and so on. Is Superman real? To this question, everybody would mockingly reply it's a fictional character. What if I say Superman is real, everything we have seen, everything we have heard about him is real. Let me just explain.

The design in Superman's chest which somewhat looks like the alphabet "S" symbolises Hope in his world. It means any person who can bow the seeds of hope in us can be our Superman. It can be our parents, our teacher, our friends or it can be a complete stranger.

Just imagine a lady is walking down a lonely street at night followed by a group of barbarous monster dressed in clothes. You were passing by the street and saw the whole action. Now like a man of honour you stood beside the lady, fought with those lunatics and freed her from the upcoming danger. The feeling of hope, new life, respect for men would grow in her once again. To he,r a complete stranger would become her ideal hero, her superman.

Just imagine about the baby who is abandoned by his parents and is living a life in poverty. Does he have any kind of hope in him? Does he have any kind of dream, the goal in his life? Now imagine a couple saw him and without any reluctance took him in their laps and gave him a new life. Isn't the couple a fairy dressed in robes for him?

Just like this in everyday life, everyone has their own Superman.
